Cindy is very client-centered and has an eclectic style. She often utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Thoughts influence emotions and actions. Often by adjusting our thoughts we can make positive changes in our emotional state, overcome fears, and achieve the goals we desire.
Cindy also employs relaxation techniques and energy work as a way to help individuals manage symptoms of anxiety and depression. She often brings in spiritual work as a support for clients, using their own framework as the basis. She will never force any beliefs upon you - just build on what you already resonate with as a way to support and help you to develop. Cindy is a big believer in empowerment and learning to trust your own intuition as well as utilizing the Law of Attraction to your highest benefit. These are often themes that come into the therapeutic process.
Cindy sees people of all ages, couples, and families. She also enjoys working with the LGBTQ+ population around issues of sexuality and/or gender.
She is skilled in treating Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Anger issues, and relational issues.
